Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para a posição de Assistente Administrativo para fazer parte da nossa equipe de Manutenção, em São José dos Pinhais/PR.Você que é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes e que se comunica bem, esta pode ser a oportunidade perfeita para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o recebimento e a tratativa de notas fiscais, além do acompanhamento de fornecedores;Prestar suporte administrativo às equipes de Manutenção e Caldeira;Apoiar o controle e a análise do estoque de peças;Auxiliar na organização das áreas por meio das práticas de 5S;Criar e atualizar procedimentos da área;Apoiar os técnicos no lançamento de horas no SAP e no tagueamento de equipamentos e materiais;Acompanhar dados do Mercado Livre de Energia;Realizar cálculos de apropriação de energia elétrica e gás, encaminhando as informações à Contabilidade;Gerenciar e-mails e comunicações relacionados aos assuntos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico completo ou graduação em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão da Produção ou áreas afins;Domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;Conhecimento em sistema SAP será considerado um diferencial;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em São José dos Pinhais/PR, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h30, em regime de banco de horas.
