O(A) Assistente Administrativo de Internação é o(a) o  por apoiar administrativamente o Posto de Enfermagem, preencher documentos e cadastros, atualizar status de exames, manter registros precisos, autorizar guias de planos de saúde, bem como proceder com prorrogação e complementos, coordenar com operadoras, facilitar comunicação entre equipes, implementar melhorias administrativas, e organizar pendências.Responsabilidades e atribuições Receber, analisar e processar solicitações de internação provenientes dos serviços de emergência, pronto atendimento, centro cirúrgico e demais setores do HUniCG;Realizar a gestão e distribuição dos leitos hospitalares conforme disponibilidade, perfil assistencial e grau de urgência dos pacientes;Monitorar continuamente a ocupação de leitos, promovendo a otimização da capacidade instalada;Atuar no Núcleo Interno de Regulação (NIR), incluindo interface com processos de regulação externa junto a hospitais públicos e privados, em nível municipal, estadual e interestadual;Intermediar e acompanhar solicitações de transferência e regulação de pacientes, garantindo fluidez no acesso aos serviços de saúde;Regular o acesso do SOS Unimed aos serviços do HUniCG, conforme fluxos e canais institucionais;Identificar demandas assistenciais e apoiar na alocação dos recursos necessários no tempo oportuno;Preparar e conferir documentação relacionada à internação, incluindo autorizações de guias para beneficiários Unimed;Manter comunicação contínua e eficaz com equipes assistenciais, setores internos e instituições externas envolvidas nos processos de regulação;Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre ocupação de leitos, fluxo de pacientes e indicadores relacionados;Sinalizar aos gestores intercorrências, gargalos operacionais ou oportunidades de melhoria nos fluxos de regulação e gestão de leitos;Executar atividades administrativas por meio de sistemas institucionais, atendimento telefônico e organização documental;Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de protocolos, políticas e procedimentos relacionados ao NIR e gestão de leitos;Participar de reuniões, treinamentos e ações de melhoria contínua da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiências e formação: Ensino médio completo, desejável curso técnico Administração, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas, preferencialmente na área da saúde;Conhecimento em processos de regulação assistencial (interna e externa) e fluxos de internação Experiência em gestão de leitos ou vivência em Núcleo Interno de Regulação (NIR) será um diferencial; Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de escala, 12x36 (diurno ou noturno);Habilidades de organização, comunicação, dinamismo, resolução de problemas e trabalho em equipe;Compromisso com ética, sigilo e confidencialidade das informações dos pacientes.
