Atua em interface com as equipes de atendimento, tráfego, manutenção e centro de controle operacional, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas regulatórias e contratos de concessão.Principais atividades:Apoiar administrativamente as áreas operacionais, como controle de tráfego, atendimento ao usuário, inspeção viária e manutenção;Registrar e organizar ocorrências operacionais no sistema da concessionária, incluindo acidentes, atendimentos e intervenções na rodovia;Controlar documentos operacionais (relatórios de turno, escalas de serviço, ordens de serviço, fichas de vistoria etc.);Auxiliar no acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho operacional (ex: tempo de atendimento, volume de tráfego, incidentes);Realizar o controle e lançamento de dados relacionados a veículos de apoio, equipamentos e materiais utilizados nas operações;Apoiar a comunicação entre o Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) e os demais setores da empresa;Participar da elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações periódicas;Acompanhar processos de fiscalização de órgãos reguladores e auditorias internas;Zelar pela atualização dos procedimentos operacionais e pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável Pacote Office (Excel intermediário). Ensino Médio completo.Informações adicionaisAtuação será presencial em Chapadão do Sul/MSJornada de trabalho em horário administrativo (ou conforme regime da empresa).Benefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;🏥 Convênio Médico Unimed (Nacional);🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🏋️ Wellhub (Gympass);Em nossos processos seletivos, todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.
