Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Assistente Administrativo, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir e executar atividades de suporte administrativo que exija o domínio de um conjunto de diretrizes e procedimentos relacionados com as áreas de atuação, visando contribuir para o cumprimento das metas e objetivos estabelecidos, de acordo com os conhecimentos técnicos e científicos e as normas da Instituição, sob a luz do Código de Ética.Realizar pré-atendimento e atendimento ao público em geral;Prestar atendimento personalizado aos clientes prioritários e especiais;Encaminhar pacientes para o atendimento;Solicitar autorização dos convênios, conforme os procedimentos internos;Orientar os pacientes com relação aos exames em geral, consultas e/ou vacinas a serem realizados, garantindo qualidade e agilidade das informações aos clientes;Acompanhar, orientar e executar as atividades de suporte administrativo nas áreas de atendimento;Controlar as guias abertas e indisponíveis, movdocar e encaminhar os documentos para Faturamento;Expedir e receber documentos em geral;Apoiar o responsável e participar de todos os processos e demandas relativas à qualidade, suprimentos, setor pessoal, contratos, contas a pagar arquivos, TI e manutenção;Participar das reuniões e treinamentos pertinentes ao desenvolvimento/ aprimoramento de suas atividades e executar suas atividades de acordo com os princípios de excelência em gestão da qualidade;Contactar os setores técnicos e/ou equipe médica para resolução de pendências referentes aos exames dos pacientes;Realizar orçamentos em geral;Receber pagamentos em geral e realizar fluxo de fechamento de caixa;Acompanhar relatório de contras extra e tratativas;Recebimento e envio de malote da unidade;Apoiar a supervisão e gestão da unidade em todas as demandas administrativas;Entre outras demandas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação; Ensino Médio Completo.Experiência.
