Responsabilidades e Atribuições• Solicitar e acompanhar transportes para expedição de pedidos; • Gerar etiquetas de envio e documentação logística; • Realizar rastreamento e acompanhamento de entregas; • Apoiar a comunicação com transportadoras e áreas internas; • Elaborar e controlar planilhas de acompanhamento operacional; • Realizar envio e acompanhamento de e-mails relacionados à operação; • Apoiar atividades administrativas da área logística, contribuindo para a fluidez dos processos durante os picos sazonaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações• Ensino médio completo; • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas e/ou logística; • Excel intermediário; • Boa capacidade de organização e controle de informações; • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e ferramentas digitais; • Boa comunicação oral e escrita.Competências Comportamentais • Organização e atenção aos detalhes; • Senso de responsabilidade; • Proatividade para identificação e resolução de pendências;• Agilidade e capacidade de atuar sob pressão; • Facilidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas; • Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas.
