Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Assistente Administrativo de TI é responsável por prestar suporte administrativo e operacional às atividades da área de Tecnologia da Informação, auxiliando no controle de contratos, ativos de tecnologia, processos de compras, licenciamento de softwares e suporte básico a usuários. Atua em conjunto com a equipe técnica para garantir a organização e o bom funcionamento dos serviços de TI, contribuindo para a operação contínua dos sistemas essenciais à gestão e ao controle de rodovias concessionadas.Principais Responsabilidades:Auxiliar na gestão administrativa de contratos de TI (suporte, manutenção, telecomunicações, licenciamento, etc.);Controlar inventário de equipamentos e ativos de tecnologia (notebooks, rádios, switches, etc.);Apoiar no processo de compras e requisições de materiais e serviços da área de TI;Acompanhar o recebimento e conferência de materiais e serviços contratados;Realizar o controle e atualização de planilhas de controle (chamados, SLAs, orçamentos, renovações);Auxiliar na organização da documentação técnica e administrativa da área;Prestar suporte administrativo no atendimento a chamados de usuários, encaminhando demandas para a equipe técnica;Apoiar a coordenação de TI na elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e indicadores da área;Interagir com fornecedores e áreas internas para garantir o cumprimento de prazos e requisitos contratuais; Garantir a conformidade com normas internas, políticas de segurança da informação e boas práticas de governança de TI;Auxiliar na organização e arquivamento de licenças de software e hardware, garantindo a conformidade legal;Realizar o registro, acompanhamento e fechamento de chamados básicos em ferramentas de service desk, direcionando para as equipes técnicas quando necessário;Apoiar na organização de reuniões, treinamentos e eventos da área de TI, incluindo agendamento, preparação de material e logística;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou curso técnico/superior em andamento em Administração, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Requisitos Desejáveis:Noções básicas de infraestrutura de TI e suporte a usuários;Conhecimento em pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Outlook;Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão empresarial (ERP), como SAP ou Totvs, para apoio em processos de compras e financeiros;Conhecimento em ferramentas de colaboração (ex: Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace) para comunicação e organização de tarefas;
