A pessoa será responsável por apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, cumprimento de prazos, qualidade das informações e atendimento às demandas internas e/ou externas. Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar atividades administrativas conforme os procedimentos da área;

Realizar lançamentos, controles, conferências e atualizações em sistemas e planilhas;

Organizar documentos, arquivos e registros físicos e digitais;

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, controles e indicadores;

Prestar atendimento e suporte a clientes internos e/ou externos;

Acompanhar solicitações, demandas e prazos;

Apoiar processos relacionados a compras, pagamentos, contratos, notas fiscais e demais controles administrativos, conforme a área de atuação;

Identificar inconsistências nas informações e apoiar sua correção;

Contribuir para a organização e melhoria contínua dos processos;

Apoiar a equipe nas demais atividades relacionadas à função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;

Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;

Experiência anterior com atividades administrativas;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
