Por isso, procuramos alguém proativo, presente na operação, criterioso na conferência dos serviços executados e capaz de cobrar prazos, padrões e acabamentos com firmeza e profissionalismo.Principais responsabilidades·      Acompanhar manutenções corretivas, preventivas e demandas emergenciais nos espaços da empresa;·      Realizar acompanhamento e controle de estoque de materiais diversos como insumos de copa, materiais de manutenção e limpeza;·      Realizar o acompanhamento de fornecedores durante a execução dos serviços, garantindo cumprimento de prazos, escopo contratado e qualidade da entrega.·      Conferir a execução dos serviços, com atenção especial a acabamentos, organização do local, acompanhando a limpeza pós-serviço e padrão de qualidade esperado.·      Abrir, controlar e acompanhar chamados internos relacionados a manutenção, infraestrutura e serviços prediais.·      Controlar cronogramas de manutenção, visitas técnicas, execução de serviços e retorno de fornecedores.·      Apoiar vistorias, inspeções e validações de serviços executados, registrando pendências e acompanhando correções necessárias.·      Fazer interface com áreas internas, fornecedores e prestadores de serviço para garantir agilidade na solução das demandas.·      Controlar notas fiscais, pedidos, requisições de compras e documentos relacionados aos serviços de Facilities.·      Acompanhar pagamentos, conferência de documentos, contratos e medições de serviços quando aplicável.·      Elaborar e atualizar controles em Excel, relatórios de acompanhamento e status das manutenções.·      Apoiar a área em demandas operacionais, administrativas e emergenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em rotinas administrativas;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Facilidade com controles, planilhas e organização de processos;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas atividades simultaneamente;Forte senso de prioridade, comprometimento e responsabilidade;Perfil analítico e atento aos detalhes;Experiencia em Facilities.DiferenciaisConhecimento em sistemas ERP (Sienge será um diferencial);Experiência com acompanhamento de fornecedores, conferência de serviços executados, controle de pagamentos, contratos e notas fiscais;Experiência com PowerPoint e apresentações executivas;Vivência com acompanhamento de acabamentos, vistorias, pequenos reparos, manutenção predial ou interface com prestadores de serviço.Informações adicionaisTrabalhando aqui, você terá:Alimentação·        Vale Refeição·        Vale AlimentaçãoSaúde·        Assistência Médica·        Assistência Odontológica (opcional)·        Seguro de VidaQualidade de vida e Bem-Estar·        Gympass (opcional)·        Quick Massage no escritórioNossos diferenciais·        Kit boas-vindas para você nunca mais esquecer do seu primeiro dia·        Participação nos Lucros ou Resultados da Empresa – Conforme política vigenteE ainda tem mais...·        Vale Transporte·        Programa de Recrutamento Interno
