Garantir um atendimento ágil, empático e resolutivo aos pacientes, considerando suas diferentes necessidades. A função exige organização para gerenciar agendas, autorizações, cadastros, prontuários e demandas administrativas simultaneamente. Também requer atenção aos detalhes para identificar divergências, manter registros atualizados e assegurar o correto encaminhamento das solicitações. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento e o acolhimento de pacientes, presencialmente ou por telefone; Orientar os pacientes sobre os serviços, rede credenciada, canais digitais e os programas disponibilizados pela cooperativa; Organizar agendas, realizando atualizações, remanejamentos e registros necessários; Atualizar dados cadastrais e realizar a abertura, atualização e organização de prontuários de atendimento; Autorizar, cadastrar, agendar e conferir solicitações relacionadas a consultas e sessões; Controlar guias e documentos de autorização, conforme os prazos e procedimentos estabelecidos; Orientar as equipes sobre a interpretação de guias e os procedimentos relacionados à área de atendimento; Registrar atendimentos, ocorrências, intercorrências e demais informações nos sistemas utilizados; Monitorar e responder às demandas dos pacientes, acompanhando pendências e disponibilizando pesquisas de satisfação; Organizar documentos e controlar os materiais necessários ao funcionamento da unidade; Executar as atividades em conformidade com as normas de biossegurança, controle de infecção, qualidade e segurança do paciente; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, compartilhando conhecimentos e boas práticas com a equipe; Executar outras atividades administrativas e operacionais relacionadas ao cargo, conforme as normas institucionais e as orientações da liderança.
