Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional da área Comercial para atuar em nossa Filial de Belém/PA.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a interface com a área financeira e logística, referente aos procedimentos e IT’s relacionadas entre esses times, tais como: abertura de RMA, programação de coletas (revendas), cancelamentos de pedidos, abertura de cadastros, liberações de pedidos, reativação de clientes, divergências de prazos de entrega e divergências no prazo de pagamento;Realizar acompanhamento (follow up) das consultas de maiores valores realizadas via SPR e/ou GHT LINK, conforme necessidade do negócio e alinhamento com o superior direto sobre valores, até definição do cliente sobre a compra;Atualizar os relatórios e planilhas de controles pertinentes à área de atuação, inserindo dados com a finalidade de disponibilizar informações atualizadas e seguras para a tomada de decisões, repassando posteriormente aos seus superiores diretos e/ou time;Levantar os números e informações adicionais dos clientes ativos, compartilhando com os consultores e vendedores para tomada de decisão visando aproveitar todas as oportunidades dos clientes;Auxiliar e apoiar os consultores na rotina de reativação dos clientes inativos e/ou prospecção de clientes com potencial, no levantamento de informações, detalhes de operação e frota de equipamentos, abastecendo o CRM com todas as informações e mantendo o acompanhamento (follow up) atualizado;Apoiar no atendimento inicial de clientes, com suporte do consultor responsável, consultando disponibilidade de estoque e informando valores quando necessário. Auxiliar na emissão de pedidos, quando necessário;Acompanhar prazo de entrega dos materiais adquiridos no mercado nacional e internacional junto a fornecedores e/ou parceiros até sua efetivação no estoque.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (ou equivalente);Desejável experiência na área Comercial de peças na linha amarela.
