Responsabilidades e atribuições Assistente Comercial Interno - LocaçãoAtuar na prospecção de novos imóveis para locação, identificando oportunidades de negócio e ampliando a carteira da empresa por meio de contatos, indicações, parcerias e demais estratégias comerciais.Negociação e relacionamento com proprietáriosEstabelecer e manter relacionamento com proprietários, apresentando os benefícios da administração imobiliária, conduzindo negociações e auxiliando na formalização de novos contratos de locação.Cadastro e gestão da carteira de imóveisRealizar o cadastro completo dos imóveis no sistema da empresa, garantindo a correta inserção de informações, documentos, características e materiais de divulgação, mantendo a carteira sempre atualizada.Acompanhamento do processo de entrada de imóveisAtuar em conjunto com os setores internos para assegurar que toda a documentação, informações e etapas necessárias para disponibilização do imóvel sejam concluídas com agilidade e qualidade.Integração com equipes comerciais e operacionaisTrabalhar em parceria com corretores, assistentes e demais áreas envolvidas no processo de locação, contribuindo para o aumento da carteira administrada e para a eficiência das operações.Monitoramento de resultadosAcompanhar indicadores, metas e oportunidades de captação, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da carteira de locação e fortalecimento da presença da empresa no mercado.
