Reunimos em nosso portfólio dezenas de shoppings centers, greenfields, expansões e outros conceitos como centros gastronômicos, liderados por um time de excelência que reúne conhecimento, energia e paixão pelo que faz, agindo como dono, de forma próxima e comprometida com o dia-a-dia do negócio.Buscamos a maximização dos resultados sustentáveis de longo prazo, por meio de uma gestão eficiente e profissional, processos estruturados e sensibilidade mercadológica.Vem com a gente FAZER PARTE DESSA HISTÓRIA!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSobre a oportunidade:Como Assistente Comercial, na Soul Malls, você irá:Prestar apoio ao processo de preparação do material para realização dos comitês internos e do empreendedor.Contactar o cliente para coleta da assinatura do contrato, após a aprovação do jurídico.Prestar apoio ao processo de assinatura do contrato, o trâmite do espaço de locação, entrega do espaço e obra, visando assegurar a inauguração no prazo definido e o bom funcionamento da loja.  Participar, mensalmente, do processo de validação da taxa de comercialização da Soul, com relação aos contratos/distratos/inaugurações do mês anterior, para efetivar o pagamento de comissionamento aos Executivos Comerciais.Assegurar a validação e inclusão dos contratos em sistema, até a sua efetivação pelo Back Office.Apoiar o processo de renovações contratuais por meio da base de dados, agendando reuniões para efetivar as negociações até a etapa final de assinatura;Participar de reuniões com os lojistas e a área de cobrança, visando manter as operações em funcionamento no shopping, evitando distratos e rescisões. Realizar visita aos lojistas, visando entender as necessidades dos mesmos para melhoria do seu desempenho no shopping.Prestar suporte na construção do orçamento anual da área, gerando as informações necessárias.Participar da elaboração do material para RGD (Reunião Geral de Desempenho) e RGI (Reunião Geral de Indicadores).Acompanhar, anualmente, as garantias do shopping, cobrando a documentação necessária e devida pelos lojistas. Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisito(s) Técnico(s) Obrigatório (s):Superior cursando em Economia, Administração ou afins.Pacote Office.Requisito(s) Técnico(s) Desejável (is):Experiência na área.Experiência em negociações e propostas comerciais.Experiência em contratos para shopping.Requisito(s) Comportamental (is):Organização.Negociação.Senso de urgência.Iniciativa.Informações adicionaisRegime de Contratação: CLT;Modalidade: Presencial;Horário e Escala: Segunda à sexta-feira, das 9h às 19h.Nossos benefícios:Além de trabalhar em uma empresa em constante crescimento, focada em impulsionar talentos, por aqui você também terá:🍝 Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação;🚌 Vale Transporte;🏥Plano de Saúde e Odontológico;🥳 Day-off no seu aniversário para você curtir muito;💙 Seguro de Vida.Quer saber mais?
