A Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV contrata Assistente Comercial:O Assistente Comercial é responsável pela comercialização do Programa de Aprendizagem Profissional para empresas que possuem cotas obrigatórias para a contratação de aprendizes, conforme estabelecido pela Lei nº 10.097/2000. Sua principal atribuição é prospectar empresas com potencial para parceria, apresentar o programa, elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir a negociação até a formalização dos contratos, contribuindo para manutenção e ampliação do programa por meio da contratação das cotas de aprendizes das empresas parceiras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a comercialização do Programa de Aprendizagem Profissional para empresas interessadas em contratar aprendizes, de acordo com a Lei 10.097/2000;Prospectar e identificar potenciais clientes, apresentando os benefícios e vantagens do programa de aprendizagem para as empresas;Manter atualizado o banco de dados de cada empresa na ferramenta de controle (AGENDOR).Elaborar propostas comerciais personalizadas, alinhadas às necessidades e objetivos de cada cliente;Realizar negociações comerciais, visando fechar contratos de adesão ao programa de aprendizagem;Manter relacionamento contínuo com os clientes, oferecendo suporte e assistência durante todo o processo de contratação e execução do programa;Acompanhar, junto as empresas, o cumprimento das cotas assegurando o atendimento às exigências legais;Agendar e realizar visitas presenciais a empresas para esclarecimento de dúvidas e negociação de parcerias;Manter-se atualizado sobre as legislações e normativas relacionadas à contratação de aprendizes, buscando garantir o cumprimento das obrigações legais por parte das empresas clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável ensino superior em áreas relacionadas)Conhecimento:Domínio sobre a legislação trabalhista, em especial a Lei 10.097/2000, que trata da contratação de aprendizes;Entendimento sobre o Programa de Socioaprendizagem oferecido pela instituição;Familiaridade com técnicas de vendas e negociação;Compreensão dos princípios de marketing e das estratégias para o fechamento de negócios;Entendimento do mercado de trabalho e suas demandas, especialmente no que se refere à contratação de aprendizes.Conhecimento sobre os benefícios, vantagens e o diferencial do programa de Socioaprendizagem; Noções sobre sistema de gestão de clientes;Informações adicionaisCarga Horária: 180h mêsHorário: 09h às 17:12h (Segunda a Sexta-feira)Benefícios:Vale transporte;Refeição no local;Seguro de vida;Plano de Saúde - Após efetivação;Plano Odontológico - após efetivação;Convênio com o SESC;Descontos em academias e práticas esportivas - Wellhub;Parcerias educacionais com descontos em cursos e faculdades;Programa de capacitação e treinamento.
