Cadastre-se agora e venha fazer parte do nosso time!🚀Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento de clientes remotamente, por telefone via headset, Whatsapp ou outras ferramentas de atendimento utilizadas pela empresa;Atuar de maneira consultiva, apresentando as soluções da empresa e realizando vendas e outros serviços, como migrações de plano, trocas de titularidade e transferências de endereço dos clientes;Verificar a viabilidade junto ao setor de engenharia, negociando com o cliente e dando andamento no processo de venda;Acionar áreas para realizar a instalação e acompanhar o processo até a ativação;Prezar pelo alcance das metas comerciais e de qualidade estabelecidas, e pela satisfação dos clientes;Eventualmente, participar de ações comerciais presenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.Boa comunicação, clareza e cordialidade.Organização e responsabilidade.Proatividade e interesse em buscar novos conhecimentos.Interesse por tecnologia e facilidade para aprender sobre novos produtos e serviços.Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação a diferentes situações, pessoas e processos.Conhecimentos em informática e agilidade na utilização de ferramentas.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com diferentes demandas.Formação:Ensino médio completo ou cursando superior ou técnico em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão Comercial e/ou áreas relacionadas.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta das 12:00 ás 16:00 e das 17:00 ás 21:00. Sábado 08:00 ás 12:00.Oportunidade para trabalhar presencialmente, na cidade de Timbó/SC.
