Nos dedicamos a compreender cada fase da infância e da adolescência e acompanhamos os estudantes de forma especial.Red Balloon - Inglês para voar alto!Responsabilidades e atribuições* Ser a principal responsável pelo processo comercial da unidade.* Realizar o atendimento de famílias interessadas em conhecer a escola.* Recepcionar, qualificar e acompanhar leads e prospects até a efetivação da matrícula.* Apresentar a escola, sua metodologia e seus diferenciais aos clientes.* Conduzir visitas presenciais à escola, proporcionando uma excelente experiência às famílias.* Apresentar as condições comerciais e realizar o fechamento das matrículas.* Efetivar matrículas e acompanhar todo o processo de ingresso dos novos alunos.* Utilizar o CRM HubSpot para cadastro de clientes, organização da agenda e registro de todas as interações e tratativas comerciais.* Organizar a agenda de visitas e realizar follow-ups com leads e prospects.* Acompanhar indicadores de conversão, metas comerciais e oportunidades de negócio.Requisitos e qualificações* Ensino médio completo (ensino superior será considerado um diferencial).* Experiência na área comercial, vendas consultivas ou atendimento ao cliente.* Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.* Facilidade para criar relacionamento e negociar.* Organização e disciplina para gestão de agenda e processos.* Conhecimento em CRM (preferencialmente HubSpot ou plataformas similares).* Conhecimentos básicos do Pacote Office.Informações adicionais## Jornada de trabalho* Segunda a sexta-feira, em horário comercial.## Regime de contratação* CLT.* Salário fixo + comissão + benefícios.## Como se candidatarAs interessadas deverão encaminhar o currículo para:[email protected]
