Para apoiar nossa expansão e fortalecer a gestão contábil, buscamos um(a) ASSISTENTE CONTÁBIL com experiência em rotinas contábeis, especialmente no contexto industrial do Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM) e nas operações relacionadas à SUFRAMA. O profissional será responsável por apoiar as atividades de lançamentos e conciliações contábeis, conferência de documentos fiscais, organização e controle de informações contábeis, apuração e acompanhamento de obrigações acessórias, além do suporte no fechamento contábil e atendimento às demandas internas e externas. Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, organizado e comprometido com a precisão das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos e requisitos legais.

Se você tem perfil analítico, gosta de trabalhar com dados e quer crescer em um ambiente industrial dinâmico, essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar o fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo a correta contabilização das operações da empresa; Conferir documentos fiscais e contábeis, verificando a correta classificação e os respectivos lançamentos; Realizar conciliações bancárias, de clientes, fornecedores, impostos e demais contas patrimoniais e de resultado; Executar demais atividades inerentes à função, conforme orientação da liderança. Apoiar a apuração e conferência de impostos e obrigações acessórias, conforme a legislação vigente; Efetuar lançamentos e controles relacionados às operações de entrada e saída de mercadorias; Apoiar o controle e a conferência das operações vinculadas aos benefícios fiscais e obrigações relacionadas à SUFRAMA/PIM; Organizar e manter atualizados documentos, relatórios e arquivos contábeis e fiscais; Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e demonstrativos contábeis para análise da gestão; Auxiliar no atendimento às demandas de auditorias internas e externas, fiscalizações e demais órgãos competentes; Acompanhar pendências contábeis e fiscais, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos; Apoiar a identificação e correção de inconsistências nos registros contábeis e fiscais; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles internos da área contábil; Realizar lançamentos contábeis e efetuar a classificação e conciliação das contas contábeis;

Requisitos e qualificações Cursando Ciências Contábeis a partir do 6º período;Experiência prévia na área contábil, preferencialmente em empresas do segmento industrial; Conhecimento em rotinas contábeis, lançamentos, conciliações e fechamento contábil; Conhecimento em documentos e rotinas fiscais, incluindo conferência de notas fiscais e impostos; Desejável conhecimento em legislação tributária e obrigações acessórias; Desejável experiência ou conhecimento nas operações do Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM) e nos benefícios fiscais da SUFRAMA; Conhecimento intermediário em Excel; Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e sistemas contábeis será um diferencial; Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e atento aos detalhes; Boa capacidade de organização, controle de documentos e cumprimento de prazos; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e boa comunicação; Comprometimento com a qualidade, conformidade e confidencialidade das informações.Informações adicionaisCesta BásicaPlano de Saúde e OdontológicoWellHubAuxílio ÓticaAuxílio DrogariaSeguro de VidaAuxílio FuneralAuxílio CrecheEspecialização ou pós-graduação em Controladoria, Direito Tributário ou Auditoria.Experiência com sistemas ERP (Sankhya, TOTVS, SAP ou similares).Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados contábeis.Perfil analítico, com capacidade de trabalhar com dados e indicadores de desempenho contábil-financeiro.
