Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar as rotinas contábeis e fiscais do escritório, seguindo os procedimentos e orientações da área;Realizar lançamentos e classificações contábeis;Auxiliar nas conciliações contábeis, financeiras e fiscais;Apoiar a conferência e organização de documentos fiscais e contábeis;Conduzir fechamentos contábeis, elaborar balancetes mensais, BP e DRE anual;Realizar lançamentos, conferências e importações de notas fiscais;Auxiliar na apuração e conferência de impostos e encargos;Apoiar a entrega e organização de obrigações acessórias (ECD, ECF, DCTFWeb e EFD-Reinf);Auxiliar na emissão e conferência de guias de impostos;Realizar consultas e conferências em sistemas e portais fiscais;Apoiar a organização das informações para fechamentos contábeis e fiscais;Manter os documentos e informações dos clientes organizados e atualizados;Atender às demandas internas e apoiar o atendimento a clientes em questões relacionadas às rotinas contábeis e fiscais;Contribuir para a organização dos processos e cumprimento dos prazos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino superior em andamento em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência anterior em rotinas contábeis e/ou fiscais;Conhecimento básico em lançamentos e conciliações contábeis;Conhecimento básico em notas fiscais e apuração de impostos;Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Planilhas;Desejável experiência em escritório de contabilidade;Desejável conhecimento em sistemas contábeis, como Domínio.Competências:Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Perfil analítico e senso de responsabilidade;Proatividade e comprometimento com prazos;Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe;Facilidade de aprendizado;Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional.
