Estamos com oportunidade para atuar como Assistente Contábil na cidade de Curitiba PR, venha fazer parte do nosso Bioteam#!A BIOTROP, empresa líder no mercado de biológicos do Brasil, oferece ao mercado o que há de melhor no mundo em soluções biológicas e naturais.Objetivo cargo:  Dar suporte às rotinas da contabilidade, executando atividades de classificação e lançamentos contábeis, conciliações de contas, apoio na apuração de impostos e preparação de informações para relatórios e demonstrações contábeis. Atua garantindo a exatidão dos registros e a conformidade com as normas contábeis e fiscais vigentes, sob orientação do contador ou responsável técnico da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atividades:

Classificar e lançar documentos contábeis (notas fiscais, extratos bancários, boletos, entre outros), assegurando o correto enquadramento nas contas patrimoniais e de resultado; Realizar conciliações contábeis e bancárias, identificando e reportando divergências para ajuste; Auxiliar na apuração de impostos (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ e CSLL), conferindo bases de cálculo e documentos de suporte, sob orientação do responsável pela área; Apoiar na elaboração de balancetes e demonstrações contábeis, organizando informações e documentos necessários ao fechamento contábil mensal; Organizar, arquivar e manter atualizados os documentos e registros contábeis físicos e digitais, conforme prazos legais e políticas internas; Prestar suporte a auditorias internas e externas, separando documentos e fornecendo esclarecimentos sobre registros contábeis sob orientação do superior imediato; Cumprir os prazos e procedimentos definidos pela legislação fiscal e contábil, bem como pelas normas e políticas internas da empresa; Interagir com áreas correlatas (fiscal, financeiro, contas a pagar e a receber) para garantir a integridade e consistência das informações contábeis; Zelar pela confidencialidade das informações contábeis e financeiras, observando as normas de compliance e de proteção de dados da organização.
