(Complexidade Baixa).Manter organizado, arquivado e revisado, de forma sistemática e racional, os papéis de trabalho que dão suporte aos trabalhos executados.Manter-se atualizado em relação às técnicas, conceitos e métodos de Controles Internos e Auditoria adotados, tanto no aspecto metodológico quanto tecnológico, contribuindo para análises dos riscos e embasamento dos apontamentos.Elaborar relatórios, com a indicação dos fatos, riscos, causas e recomendação de ações corretivas, visando a melhoria dos controles e do desempenho da área.Verificar, nas áreas auditadas, a adoção das recomendações feitas, através da realização de follow-up mensal, com o objetivo de acompanhar a finalização dos planos de ação criados pelas áreas, mitigando os riscos apontados.Estabelecer e defender os valores fundamentais da Rodobens, promovendo e cumprindo o Código de Conduta Ética, bem como mantendo discrição frente às informações confidenciais de atuação, respeitando e cumprindo as normas legais e regulamentares, as políticas e as diretrizes estabelecidas para o negócio e para as atividades da empresa, buscando identificar, evitar e tratar quaisquer desvios ou inconformidades e riscos de Compliance que possam ocorrer.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento nas áreas de: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Economia, Ciências da computação e Engenharia.Habilidades: Proatividade, Comunicação, Organização, Trabalho em Equipe, Criatividade, Flexibilidade e Relacionamento Interpessoal.Conhecimento obrigatório: Pacote Office.Conhecimento diferencial: Controles Internos, Riscos e Power BI.Informações adicionaisLocal de atuação: Av.
