Cadastro de Admissões: Realizar o cadastro completo de novos colaboradores nos sistemas de folha, ponto e segurança do trabalho, conforme os procedimentos internos.Exames Admissionais: Realizar o agendamento e acompanhamento dos exames admissionais.Conferência de Documentos: Conferir e validar a documentação enviada pelos candidatos, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos admissionais.Atendimento aos Candidatos: Manter contato com os candidatos, orientando sobre documentos, prazos e dúvidas relacionadas ao processo admissional.Documentação Admissional: Apoiar a preparação de kits de admissão e demais documentos necessários para a contratação.Interface com Áreas Internas: Atuar em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas para garantir a efetividade e o cumprimento dos prazos das admissões.Controle de Processos: Preencher e atualizar planilhas e controles relacionados aos processos sob sua responsabilidade.Organização de Documentos: Realizar o arquivamento físico ou digital dos documentos admissionais, conforme as políticas da empresa.Suporte Administrativo: Apoiar nas demais atividades administrativas relacionadas à área de Admissão.Atividades Correlatas: Executar outras atividades relacionadas, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE É ESSENCIAL PARA SE DESTACAR

Desejável ensino superior cursando/completo. Desejável experiência de 1 ano.Experiência prévia com processos de admissão, preferencialmente em empresas com alto volume de contratações.Conhecimento básico em legislação trabalhista aplicada à admissão.Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de pessoas (ERP de RH).Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Organização, proatividade e agilidade para lidar com grandes demandas.
