Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de Telecom;Realizar controle e atualização de planilhas, sistemas e bases de dados;Acompanhar ordens de serviço, agendamentos e demandas operacionais;Realizar conferência e tratamento de informações;Elaborar e atualizar relatórios e controles de produtividade;Acompanhar indicadores operacionais e identificar pendências;Apoiar a distribuição e organização das demandas das equipes;Realizar acompanhamento de prazos e status das atividades;Auxiliar a liderança com informações para acompanhamento da operação;Fazer interface com áreas internas para tratativa de pendências;Organizar documentos, informações e registros da operação;Apoiar outras atividades administrativas necessárias ao funcionamento do setor.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office;

Conhecimento básico em informática e facilidade com sistemas;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Proatividade e vontade de aprender;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação;

Ética e responsabilidade no tratamento das informações;

Desejável conhecimento em rotinas administrativas e atendimento ao cliente;

Desejável familiaridade com sistemas de agendamento e calendários digitais;

Experiência anterior em atendimento ou área administrativa será um diferencial.
