Agendar, transferir ou cancelar procedimentos no sistema informatizado da Instituição de cada uma das unidades, conforme informação e solicitação do Cliente Médico ou seus Assistentes, via telefone.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Verificar no sistema da Instituição os parâmetros para agendamento (convênio, plano, procedimento a ser agendado, disponibilidade de dia e horário conforme solicitação e preparo, se houver);• Orientar Médicos ou seus Assistentes com relação ao atendimento de planos, convênios e possibilidades de agendamento;• Realizar transferências de data/horário e/ou cancelamento quando solicitado;• Entrar em contato com responsáveis pelas áreas cirúrgicas e de atendimento para realização de encaixes (urgência de atendimento);• Parametrizar agendas no sistema da Instituição, se necessário;• Confirmar agendamentos com clientes, se necessário;• Acompanhar on-line os indicadores de atendimento (quantidade de atendimentos x tempo de espera x ligações perdidas) no Painel de Atendimento, acompanhando as metas estabelecidas para atendimento;• Receber treinamento de novos atendimentos implementados nas áreas atendidas;• Preencher planilhas de acompanhamento mensal e anual referentes aos indicadores da área – Gestão à Vista;• Receber orientações de novos convênios e planos liberados pelo Departamento Comercial para novos atendimentos;• Abrir chamado em sistema informando à TI quando houver problemas relacionados ao sistema da Instituição ou outras plataformas interligadas ao agendamento e acompanhar a solução.
