A missão do Assistente de Agronegócios é apoiar os processos relacionados ao crédito rural, assegurando a conferência e validação das informações, consultas e documentos, sendo suporte para o adequado enquadramento das operações, cumprimento das normas e diretrizes aplicáveis.O profissional atuará no suporte aos Postos de Atendimento, na fiscalização da aplicação dos recursos de crédito rural e na orientação dos envolvidos nos processos, contribuindo para a segurança, eficiência e qualidade das operações, além de fortalecer o atendimento às necessidades dos Cooperados e a geração de valor para a Cooperativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a conferência e validação de documentos, analisando as informações necessárias para garantir que as operações sejam encaminhadas de forma completa e adequada para análise;

Orientar os Postos de Atendimento (PAs), por meio de atendimento presencial e telefônico, contribuindo para o correto enquadramento das operações de crédito rural;Suporte à equipe no processo de fiscalização da aplicação dos recursos de crédito rural;

Mobilizar esforços para alcançar metas e resultados duradouros e concretos em conformidade com as diretrizes do Sicoob PRO;

Transmitir informações, de maneira clara e objetiva, primando pela escuta ativa;

Focar suas ações diárias no atendimento às necessidades dos Cooperados, atuando de forma alinhada ao nosso negócio, cultura e valores, zelando pela nossa identidade institucional;

Trabalhar cooperativamente, mantendo o bom relacionamento com os pares e superiores, de maneira a integrar esforços rumo aos objetivos do Sicoob PRO;Possuir domínio técnico para atuar nos processos em que está envolvido, utilizando os recursos disponíveis da melhor forma possível, considerando diretrizes internas e externas e observando objetivos, prazos e critérios de qualidade de suas entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Agronomia, Zootecnia ou áreas afins.Conhecimentos desejáveis:

·      Legislação relacionada a crédito rural e legislação ambiental;

·      Metodologias e tecnologias de produção agropecuária;

·      Zoneamento Agrícola de Risco Climático (ZARC).

Conhecimento técnico:

·     Pacote Office Avançado.

Competências:

·      Agilidade e proatividade;

·      Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

·      Boa comunicação;

·      Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
