Essa pessoa será responsável por atender via WhatsApp, e-mail ou telefone aos condomínios.Esperamos um perfil proativo, que demonstre iniciativa para buscar soluções, acompanhar pendências até sua conclusão e identificar oportunidades de melhoria no atendimento. Valorizamos profissionais que transmitam confiança, sejam atenciosos no relacionamento com os clientes e possuam senso de prioridade para lidar com diferentes assuntos ao longo do dia, mantendo a qualidade e a agilidade no atendimento.Principais atividades:Suporte às rotinas da carteira de condomínios e registro dos atendimentos realizados;Atender com agilidade e precisão as demandas recebidas via WhatsApp, e-mail ou telefone;Esclarecer dúvidas dos associados sobre produtos e serviços da Cooperativa;Apoio operacional às administradoras, síndicos e representantes dos condomínios;Acompanhamento e direcionamento de demandas para as áreas responsáveis;Apoio aos gerentes de negócios e às agências no atendimento especializado desse segmento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Direito ou áreas correlatas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;Engajamento com a equipe e objetivos;Preferência ter conhecimento dos produtos e serviços de Instituição Financeira;Residir em Itapema/SC ou cidades limítrofes.Informações adicionais
