Requisitos e qualificações🧠 O que buscamos em você:🎓 Formação: Cursando Redes de Computadores, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas (ADS), Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.💻 Experiência: Vivência prévia em suporte técnico a usuários (N1 ou N2) e bons conhecimentos em hardware, software e informática.🌐 Conhecimentos Técnicos: Entendimento básico/intermediário sobre Redes TCP/IP, roteamento e infraestrutura de conectividade.💬 Perfil: Ótima comunicação formal (escrita e verbal), postura profissional B2B e forte capacidade de investigação técnica.
