Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições:💬 Atendimento Multicanal (Omnichannel): Interagir diretamente com os clientes por canais digitais (chat), atendimento por voz e redes sociais.🛠️ Suporte N1 & Resolução: Diagnosticar e solucionar demandas técnicas iniciais e dúvidas administrativas com foco na satisfação do cliente.📱 Monitoramento de Mídias: Acompanhar manifestações em canais públicos e redes sociais, direcionando cada caso para o tratamento correto com rapidez.🤝 Relacionamento Consultivo: Conduzir atendimentos de forma respeitosa, flexível e com habilidade de contorno de objeções/negociação.📊 Registros de Chamados: Registrar todas as interações e históricos de atendimento nos sistemas internos da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações 📋 O que buscamos em você (Requisitos e qualificações):🎓 Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo.💻 Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio básico de informática, facilidade com navegação na internet e ferramentas Google Workspace.🌟 Diferencial: Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente (Call Center, Chat, Suporte ou SAC) e afinidade com o setor de tecnologia/telecomunicações.📍 Local de atuação: Araruama / RJ ou Santa Maria / RS.⏰ Jornada de Trabalho: Escala 6x1 com turnos variados de trabalho (temos horários como das 16:00 às 00:03, entre outras escalas e folgas alternadas no fim de semana).
