O/A Assistente de Atendimento é o responsável por realizar o acolhimento e atendimento aos pacientes do Instituto do Cérebro da PUCRS, sempre buscando a melhor experiência ao paciente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar acolhimento de forma presencial ou digital;Realizar agendamento e atendimento dos pacientes, conforme rotinas e política definidas, assegurando a assertividade do processo e enfatizando sempre a satisfação dos clientes;Autorizar os exames e consultas, conforme rotinas e política definidas pelas operadoras de convênios, nos portais específicos, garantindo o processo e sustentabilidade de instituição;Realizar todos os procedimentos administrativos necessários para viabilizar realização dos exames diagnósticos e terapias, desde cadastro do paciente, autorização e pré-faturamento;Realizar a entrega de laudos ao paciente ou responsável;Acompanhamento e atualização de demandas administrativas;Proteger dados pessoais contra o uso indevido ou não autorizado dos pacientes, de acordo com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), com o objetivo de zelar pela integridade dos mesmos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Diferencial: Estar cursando ensino superior e ter vivência e atuação com atendimento na área da saúde.
