Procuramos profissionais que almejem crescimento e aprendizado para agregar a nossa equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes via e-mail, telefone ou pessoalmente, fornecendo o esclarecimento de todos os serviços dos Terminais de Carga, dirimindo dúvidas e atendendo os demais tipos de solicitações;Realizar o cadastro inicial dos clientes do TECA no sistema operacional interno, mantendo-o atualizando em caso de mudança dos dados;Cancelar processos no sistema operacional interno, conforme solicitações, analisando em cada caso, se cabe o cancelamento, e quando necessário solicitar a baixa de guias pagas ao setor de Tarifação;Lançar os serviços solicitados pelo cliente no sistema operacional interno, repassando as orientações ao setor Operacional, retornando ao cliente com os itens solicitados;Atender as solicitações de simulação de armazenagem, enviando os valores prévios das taxas de acordo com a variação cambial, entre outras atividades de suporte da área Comercial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Ensino Superior em Comércio Exterior e áreas afins;6 meses de experiência em atividades de atendimento.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Edifício Absolute - Dr. Pedro Ferreira, 333, Centro-Itajaí/SCHorário de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta 08hr30min as 18hr18minBenefícios:Vale AlimentaçãoVale Refeição Vale TransporteVale Presente de Aniversário Plano Odontológico UniodontoPlano de Saúde UnimedEstacionamentoSeguro de VidaPrograma de bolsa de estudoAtendimento Psicológico gratuito para o colaborador e seus dependentesDentre outros.
