Com profissionais talentosos, responsáveis e comprometidos criamos produtos e soluções que impactam cada canto do país, geram resultados e proporcionam uma vida melhor.Venha construir a indústria do futuro em um ambiente inovador, íntegro e inclusivo, onde o respeito é um valor inegociável e você pode ser quem você é.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTrabalhará no setor Smart Center da Gerência de Planejamento, realizando as seguintes atividades:Responsável pela gestão da carteira dos clientes relacionados ao segmento atendido, interagindo diretamente com as áreas de planejamento, programação de fábrica, logística e financeiro. Realizar o lançamento de pedidos enviados pelos clientes internos e externos, das ordens de venda (confirmadas e não confirmadas), avaliando as datas de aceite, saldos, bloqueios financeiros, limite de crédito, pagamento antecipado, vendas BNDES e Belgo Cash.Realizar ajustes de preço nas carteiras de pedidos, conforme fichas comerciais.Analisar os relatórios de gestão de estoque, considerando disponibilidade de materiais (necessidade de reposição e sobras em todos os centros expedidores).Gerar fornecimentos com base na carteira de pedidos e suas diretrizes (prazos de atendimento, aceite e necessidade dos clientes). Acompanhar e fazer follow-up das rotinas de criação automática de fornecimentos. Atender demandas requisitadas por clientes internos, como por exemplo área comercial, e também os clientes externos do segmento.Registrar e formalizar as reclamações de clientes, contribuindo para a solução das ocorrências por meio de contato com as áreas de produção, logística, financeiro e comercial.Principais desafios e projetos:Contribuir para que o Smart Center realize o melhor acompanhamento e controle dos indicadores relacionados ao atendimento a clientes.Desenvolvimentos de novas práticas, mapeamento de oportunidades de melhoria para o setor e atendimento dos clientes do segmento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosGraduado (a) ou cursando a partir do 4° período em administração, logística, engenharia de produção ou ciências contábeis.Conhecimento de Pacote Office nível intermediário.Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência com atendimento ao públicoRequisitos desejáveis Conhecimentos no sistema SAPTécnicas de vendas e negociaçãoConhecimentos em legislação fiscal e tributáriaConhecimento de práticas KanbanExperiência com atendimento a clientes internos ou externosInformações adicionaisBenefícios:Allya (clube de descontos)Auxílio leiteAuxílio óculosBenefício escolarCesta de NatalClube lazerFundação Félix Chomé (bolsa de estudos)Kit bebêLicença maternidade estendidaLicença paternidade estendidaPlano de medicamentosPlano de saúde médico e odontológicoPrevidência privadaPrograma de Participação nos ResultadosRestaurante internoRetorno de fériasSeguro de vidaVale transporteWellHub (plataforma de bem-estar e academia)
