Responsabilidades e atribuições Atendimento ativo e receptivo: Contatar alunos para oferecer suporte, esclarecer dúvidas e apresentar soluções de forma eficiente.Retenção de alunos: Agir estrategicamente para reverter cancelamentos de adesão e reter alunos interessados em desligamento.Cobrança e negociação de débitos: Contatar alunos inadimplentes, oferecendo alternativas como parcelamentos ou outras formas de quitação.Negociação de adesão: Abordar alunos não aderentes aos fundos, oferecendo opções e condições personalizadas de pagamento.Suporte geral: Oferecer atendimento receptivo para esclarecer dúvidas sobre a plataforma, processos e serviços.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades de comunicaçãoConhecimentos intermediários no pacote office-> Horário de trabaho: 08:12 as 18:00 - Atuação remota - Necessário residir em Juiz de Fora/MG
