Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na condução de processos seletivos end-to-end para o setor de saúde, desde o alinhamento de perfil até a contratação e integração de novos talentos.Apoiar a tratativa de vagas em alto volume, contribuindo para uma média de fechamento robusta e suporte à gestão simultânea de 80+ posições.Conduzir triagens e apoiar a aplicação de metodologias de entrevistas comportamentais, técnicas e por competências de acordo com a necessidade da vaga.Utilizar diferentes ATSs do mercado (como Gupy, LG, Pandapé, DigAI, PCD Online e LinkedIn Recruiter) para o gerenciamento do fluxo de candidatos.Realizar o suporte nas validações jurídicas e na checagem de documentos admissionais.Assegurar a governança de dados, mantendo planilhas de controle e relatórios internos atualizados em tempo real.Acompanhar métricas de RH essenciais, como Time to Hire, Time to Fill e LeadTime.Empregar ferramentas de IA generativa para a automação de tarefas operacionais, criação de descrições de vagas e outras demandas da área.Outras atividades da área de Recursos Humanos.Requisitos e qualificações

Obrigatórios:Ensino Médio CompletoExperiência prévia sólida com recrutamento de alto volume, de 40 a 50 vagas mensais e gestão simultânea de 80+ posições.Domínio na utilização de sistemas ATS como Gupy, e Pandapé;Familiaridade analítica com indicadores de desempenho de RH;Domínio de Excel para controle de relatórios de R&S.Desejáveis:Vivência anterior com recrutamento voltado para o setor de saúde.Conhecimento em Power BI para construção de dashboards analíticos.Familiaridade prática com inteligência artificial generativa voltada para otimização de processos de recrutamento.
