Experiencia em Subsistemas de RH, controle resultados de indicadores Desejável (Plus para o candidato, não impede contratação):  Pós graduaçãoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, controlar e desenvolver os projetos e atividades inerentes a área de Recursos Humanos, com objetivo de fazer a gestão de pessoas alinhada à estratégia da Instituição, suprindo as deficiências de recursos humanos detectadas, garantindo a otimização dos resultados.  Atender prontamente as demandas referentes às duas unidades do FHSFA;  Esclarecer dúvidas sobre normas e regras da instituição ou orientar a quem o colaborador irá se dirigir;  Receber e zelar pelos documentos do setor, assim como arquivá-los, mantendo sigilo e organizaçãodos mesmos;  Solicitar ao gestor da area a abertura de ordem de serviço de acordo com a demanda do setor;  Lançar, analisar e responder os relatórios de não conformidades no Sistema Gesthos;  Realizar o agendamentos junto aos gestores e convocação de candidatos para entrevistas, provas, dinâmicas e outras ferramentas pertinentes para contratação de profissionais adequados às vagas da instituição;  Aplicar e corrigir os testes psicológicos, assim como confeccionar os laudos quando solicitado para uma análise mais eficiente sobre o candidato;  Elaborar parecer técnico com a conclusão de dados do candidato e resultado dos testes, enviar para o gestor da area no 48h seguindo o acordado em mapa de processos;  Acompanhar e dar suporte aos gestores em relação à própria equipe;  Realizar as visitas semanais nos setores para acompanhamento e conferência dos processos, conversas e reuniões;  Realizar análise em tempo real do QLA dos setores; Dar suporte ao coordenador e supervisor nas atividades pertinentes ao setor sempre que necessário;  Notificar eventos adversos/RNC quando se fizer necessário para a melhoria dos processos;  Observar as normas de segurança, controle ambiental e outras internas e/ou a legislação,pertinentes às suas atividades;  Executar outras tarefas similares às acima descritas a critério do gestor. Requisitos e qualificações
