O principal desafio será uma atuação com foco em solução de problemas, buscando oportunidade de melhoria contínua, conectando com as demais áreas da empresa. Elaborar e monitorar controles, gerando efetividade e qualidade, buscar sempre o atingimento do indicador, bem como a satisfação do cliente e do médico cooperado.Se interessou? Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar solicitações de autorização recebidas via portal unimed, site, atendimento presencial, call center, etc;Acompanhar prazos e metas das solicitações de autorização;Manter-se atualizado sobre os processos da cooperativa, para desenvolvimento eficaz da rotina de trabalho;Realizar uma pré avaliação e validação das solicitações de autorização, identificando na análise administrativa a existência de glosas, carências, laudos e documentos, através dos dados preenchidos na requisição e sistema (totvs) evitando autorizações indevidas;Verificar a cobertura do plano de saúde dos beneficiários, liberando ou não a autorização em tempo hábil, utilizando o sistema totvs;Realizar o lançamento de autorizações no sistema gestão de planos;Contatar beneficiários, cooperados e prestadores, via telefone, repassando as informações necessárias, negativas, autorizações, junta médica e/ou solicitação de documentos;Informar a necessidade de correção de parametrização do sistema evitando autorizações indevidas;Prestar atendimento as solicitações de autorização de clientes, prestadores e outras unimed's;Buscar alternativas para soluções de dúvidas visando satisfazer o cliente final, prestador e a cooperativa;Sanar dúvidas junto a rede prestadora, outras empresas contratantes, além de prestar suporte as demais áreas da organização no que se refere à autorizações;Contribuir ativamente em projetos que estejam alinhados a estratégia da empresa e da área.Apoiar e resolver as demandas operacionais que impedem a fluidez nos processos de auditoria;Monitorar e agendar as reuniões para o Gestor da Área, para atender as demandas da Unimed, Hospitais, Cooperados em relação à Auditoria Médica.Tratar priorizações e outras demandas das áreas da Unimed relacionadas a autorizações/negativas de procedimentos e exames da auditoria médica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação para esta posição:Ensino médio completo.Qualificações desejáveis:Domínio de Excel em nível intermediário;Conhecimento da legislação vigente da ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar);Graduação em andamento ou completo em Administração, Processos ou áreas afins. Pós-graduação em andamento ou concluída.Pós-graduação em andamento ou concluída.
