Garantir o atendimento aos usuários da biblioteca, alunos do Colégio, do Centro Universitário e 50+, prestando suporte nas consultas ao acervo, empréstimos, devoluções e demais serviços da biblioteca, além de contribuir para a organização, conservação e manutenção do acervo e dos espaços.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e orientar alunos do Colégio, Centro universitário e e 50+ nas demandas da biblioteca;Realizar empréstimos, devoluções, renovações e reservas de materiais;Orientar os usuários na localização e utilização do acervo físico e digital;Auxiliar no controle, organização e reposição dos materiais nas estantes;Realizar a organização e conservação do acervo e dos espaços da biblioteca;Cadastrar e atualizar dados de usuários e materiais no sistema da biblioteca;Auxiliar no levantamento e controle de materiais didáticos e bibliográficos;Apoiar a realização de inventários e conferência do acervo;Orientar os usuários quanto às normas e procedimentos da biblioteca;Apoiar atividades e projetos desenvolvidos pela biblioteca;Zelar pelo bom funcionamento e pela organização do ambiente da biblioteca.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino médio completo.Conhecimento Técnico: Conhecimentos básicos de informática e pacote Office.Requisitos: Boa comunicação, cordialidade e facilidade no atendimento ao público; Organização; Atenção aos detalhes; Proatividade; Responsabilidade; Trabalho em equipe;Facilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de usuários e faixas etárias.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: UniArnaldo - Funcionários (Belo Horizonte/MG)Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira de 13h as 22hCarga Horária: 40 horas semanaisModalidade: PresencialSalário: Informado durante a entrevista.Vale Transporte;Ticket - Alimentação ou Refeição;Day Off de Aniversário;Parceria com Plano de Saúde Unimed (mensalidade + coparticipação custeados pelo colaborador);Parceria com Plano Odontológico Unimed (mensalidade custeada pelo colaborador);Parceria Totalpass;Parceria Escola de Idiomas;Parceria SESC;Possibilidade de Bolsa de Estudos.
