Apostando pesado no investimento em pesquisa e desenvolvimento, a TMSA mais que quadruplicou o número de pedidos de patentes nos últimos anos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar tecnicamente os itens solicitados quanto a sua especificação e parâmetros necessários ao cadastro;Avaliar e oferecer aos solicitantes possíveis itens já existentes no cadastro, beneficiando a utilização dos estoques existentes, custo, facilidade de aquisição e padronização, etc;Cadastrar, revisar e sanear os itens não manufaturados no sistema, analisando as transações, histórico, referências e direcionando as ações necessárias aos demais setores;Analise e suporte de divergência na classificação fiscal, com liberdade para tomada de decisão;Prestar suporte relativo a dúvidas sobre o cadastro e utilização de itens além de sua especificação e identificação física;Ministrar treinamentos dos processos de responsabilidade da área de cadastro de itens;Manter o bom relacionamento e comportamento adequado junto a equipe interna, ao cliente e terceiros, obedecendo as diretrizes do Código de Conduta da TMSA;Atender os PO's e PR's e demais requisitos do sistema de gestão da qualidade (política e objetivos da qualidade, riscos e oportunidades, etc.) na execução dos trabalhos.                   Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável curso técnico em mecânica ou áreas afins, ou cursando ensino superior em Engenharia;Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico;Domínio do módulo de cadastro no sistema ERP e PDM;Noções dos processos dos clientes internos;Materiais e componentes complexos comprados no segmento;Sistema de gestão da qualidade (procedimentos, indicadores, política e objetivos da qualidade, etc).       Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida;Previdência privada;PPR;Cartão Good Card;Refeitório no local;Prêmio assiduidade e pontualidade;Vale transporte;Estacionamento no local;Auxílio Educação;Parcerias com instituições de ensino;Assessoria Psicossocial e Terapia In Company.
