Acompanhar propostas, efetivações, movimentações e tratativas junto às operadoras;

Realizar conciliação entre as bases das operadoras e da Benevix, identificando e corrigindo divergências;

Analisar e solucionar devoluções, Ordens de Serviço e demais solicitações dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;

Controlar documentos, Declarações de Saúde e atualizações conforme normativas da ANS;

Alimentar planilhas, indicadores e relatórios de acompanhamento da área;

Atender clientes internos por Teams, e-mail, telefone e presencialmente;

Apoiar demandas de Não Conformidades, melhorias e solicitações judiciais;

Abrir e acompanhar chamados junto à TI e ao Bitix;

Prestar suporte ao Analista, Supervisão, Coordenação e Gerência;

Participar de reuniões, treinamentos, campanhas e eventos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Nível Médio Completo;Pacote Office;Raciocínio lógico, organização e boa comunicação;Experiência mínima de 1 ano em rotinas administrativas;Requisitos desejáveis:Graduação ou Técnico em andamentoPacote Office e Excel AvançadoTer trabalhado no mercado de plano de saúde;Habilidade analítica de dados;
