Missão do cargo: Responsável por apoiar no controle e a cobrança de valores devidos, notificando débitos, registrando informações de negociações com o devedor, elaborando relatórios de prestação de contas e de encerramento de cobrança, bem como executar atividades operacionais e administrativas e assistir nas rotinas da área de recuperação de crédito, através de controles, registros, disponibilização de dados e informações solicitadas, conferências e validações documentais, a fim de agilizar e otimizar os processos de acordos, renegociação e recebimento de créditos vencidos, cumprimento de prazos, normativos e políticas.Acreditamos na força do cooperativismo, na valorização, no trabalho em equipe, pois sabemos que ninguém é tão bom sozinho, quanto é junto!Buscamos pessoas que desejam se desenvolver e se transformar constantemente!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de monitoramento de cobrança de inadimplentes;Realizar contato com devedores, negociando formas de pagamento;Atualização cadastral e identificação de cobranças indevidas;Apoiar no atendimento às agências, fornecendo suporte nas atividades inerentes à área.Requisitos e qualificações Como requisito básico é necessário:Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins.Organização e compromisso com suas atividades;Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e resultados;Proatividade, ética, responsabilidade, atenção e foco.Será um diferencial, caso você possua:Certificação Anbima (CPA, C-Pro R e C-Pro I)Conhecimento em produtos e serviços financeiros.Junte-se a nós para a construção de um excelente lugar para se trabalhar!  🤝
