Se você tem interesse pela área, vontade de aprender e quer fazer parte disso tudo, vem trabalhar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o monitoramento de processos de importação, identificando pendências em cada etapa e apontando possíveis soluções ou encaminhamentos;Apoiar na conferência de documentos de importação e exportação (invoices, packing lists, DI, LI, etc.);Realizar follow-up de processos com tradings, agentes de carga, despachantes e transportadoras;Solicitar e acompanhar cotações de frete internacional;Apoiar o encerramento de processos de importação, tanto internamente quanto junto às tradings;Controlar e acompanhar o processo de amostras, incluindo recebimento, pagamentos e conferência de faturas com empresas de courier;Dar suporte às rotinas financeiras relacionadas à importaçãoManter planilhas e sistemas de controle atualizados, assegurando organização e rastreabilidade das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em andamento ou completa em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Desejável experiência prévia em rotinas de comércio exterior (estágio ou emprego) ;Inglês intermediário para leitura de documentos, leitura e escrita de e-mails;Conhecimento básico de Excel e sistemas de controle de importação/exportação;Organização, atenção a detalhes e boa comunicação;Diferenciais:Familiaridade com Siscomex;Familiaridade com processos conta e ordem;Familiaridade com processos de exportação;Conhecimento básico em órgãos regulatórios como Anvisa e MAPA;Vivência com contato com agentes de carga e tradings.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale-Alimentação ou Refeição de R$ 30,00 por dia (sem desconto de 20%);Vale-Transporte ou Vale combustível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde Unimed (mensalidade coberta pela empresa);Plano Odontológico Uniodonto;Bônus de Merecimento;Gympass (Wellhub);Kit polivitamínico mensal;Produtos da linha Essential Nutrition disponíveis nos refeitórios;Seguro de Vida;Desconto de 50% em nossos produtos;Rede de descontos em lojas e restaurantes;Presente de final de ano;Sala de meditação/ descanso;Programa de promoção à saúde com atendimento médico, pediátrico e psicológico;Projeto Be Generous - suplementação para as colaboradoras durante a gestação;Convênio com faculdades, cursos de idiomas e escolas educação infantil;Bolsa de Auxílio Educação de até 50% do valor do curso;Estacionamento gratuito.Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a sexta das 08:00 às 18:00.
