O Assistente de Compras é responsável por apoiar as atividades do setor de compras, contribuindo para o abastecimento da empresa por meio da emissão de pedidos, acompanhamento de fornecedores, controle de estoques e análise de informações gerenciais. Atua diretamente no suporte aos compradores, realizando controles, extração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores, garantindo a eficiência dos processos e a disponibilidade dos produtos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar os compradores nas rotinas operacionais do setor de compras.Realizar a digitação e emissão de pedidos de compras no sistema.Acompanhar pedidos junto aos fornecedores, monitorando prazos de entrega e eventuais pendências.Auxiliar na gestão da carteira de fornecedores, mantendo um relacionamento organizado e eficiente.Apoiar negociações de preços, condições comerciais e prazos de pagamento, quando solicitado.Extrair relatórios dos sistemas Flex RP One e WMS relacionados a compras, pré-estoque e vendas da Rede Verona.Reportar informações de estoque aos compradores para apoiar o planejamento de compras e reposição.Acompanhar indicadores de Sell In e Sell Out, contribuindo para análises de abastecimento e giro de estoque.Auxiliar na análise de mercado, oportunidades comerciais e precificação de produtos.Agendar e organizar os horários de atendimento e visitas de fornecedores.Auxiliar no acompanhamento das metas de encartes, realizando os reportes mensais.Dar suporte no cadastro de produtos e encaminhamento das fichas cadastrais aos compradores.Atender fornecedores e clientes em assuntos relacionados a trocas, pedidos e sistemas.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área de compras.Utilizar diariamente ferramentas como Excel Avançado, Power BI, Flex RP One, Nexello, Smarket e Scanntech para consultas, análises e geração de informações gerenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Ensino superior em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Logística, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.Experiência anterior na área administrativa ou de compras será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento em Excel Avançado.Conhecimento em Power BI será um diferencial.Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas de gestão (ERP).Perfil analítico, organizado e proativo.Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e habilidade para trabalho em equipe.Capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e gestão de prioridades.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Prêmio AssiduidadeVale alimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada Jornada de 44 horas semanais, cumprida de segunda a sexta-feira;
