A OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce é uma das maiores instituições filantrópicas do país, com cerca de 5,6 milhões de procedimentos ambulatoriais por ano, na Bahia, a usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), idosos, pessoas com deficiência e com deformidades craniofaciais, pessoas em situação de rua, usuários de substâncias psicoativas e crianças e adolescentes em situação de risco social. A entidade conta com um perfil de serviços único no Brasil, distribuídos em 21 núcleos que prestam assistência à população de baixa renda nas áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Pesquisa Científica, Ensino em Saúde, Educação e na preservação e difusão da história de sua fundadora, Santa Dulce dos Pobres.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Realizar serviços internos e externos apoiando no processo de compras.2. Realizar serviços internos e externos, efetuando depósitos e pagamentos em bancos, emitindo extratos, entregando correspondências e documentos em correios e cartórios, retirando certidões negativas em órgãos governamentais, solicitando cópias xerox de documentos, para atender necessidades da área.3. Receber documentos internos e externos.4. Distribuir correspondências, verificando setor destinado, separando e entregando, para facilitar os serviços.5. Efetuar compras em fornecedores locais de valores abaixo de um salário-mínimo, utilizando a verba do Fundo Fixo.6. Realizar coleta de produtos comprados ou realizar apanha com solicitação de faturamento conforme orientação do comprador.7. Buscar novas alternativas de fornecedores locais.8. Realizar entrada de notas fiscais das unidades externas e/ou matriz bem como fazer os lançamentos das movimentações de estoque entre os sistemas de gestão de estoque da OSID.9. Realizar compras de ressuprimento e aplicação direta sob supervisão do comprador ou analista de compras independente da alçada.10. Requisitar e retirar material de expediente no almoxarifado, preenchendo formulário, anotando tipo, especificações e quantidade, para atender solicitações.11. Auxiliar no processo de inventário, efetuando contagem física dos bens patrimoniais, para prestar apoio a área.12. Requisitar manutenção em equipamentos, verificando irregularidades detectadas, anotando dados em formulário específico e encaminhando ao setor pertinente, para manter em condições adequadas de uso. 13.
