Responsável por apoiar a execução das iniciativas de comunicação e marketing da Center Norte Inc., dando suporte aos times nas ações do dia a dia, revisão e produção de materiais, desenvolvimento de textos, e interface com agências e parceiros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o desenvolvimento, revisão, organização e acompanhamento dos materiais de comunicação da Incorporadora, elaborando e revisando releases, comunicados, apresentações, média briefings, conteúdos institucionais e demais peças de comunicação, garantindo padronização, qualidade e aderência às diretrizes da marca;Apoiar a execução das demandas de comunicação em parceria com as equipes de Marketing e áreas internas, acompanhando o fluxo de solicitações, consolidando informações e contribuindo para o alinhamento entre os posicionamentos institucionais da Companhia e as comunicações das diferentes marcas e negócios;Apoiar a operacionalização das ações de comunicação externa, acompanhando a publicação e atualização de conteúdos nos diferentes canais, incluindo site, aplicativo, redes sociais, mídia paga, materiais institucionais, CRM, eventos, ativações e imprensa, assegurando a correta execução das campanhas e ações planejadas;Organizar e controlar cronogramas, processos financeiros , arquivos, materiais e documentos da área visando contribuir pela eficiência dos processos. Abertura de processos financeiros nas plataformas internas com acompanhamento de prazos e aprovações;Prestar suporte às ações de relacionamento com fornecedores, agências e parceiros de comunicação, acompanhando demandas operacionais, solicitações de materiais e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Apoiar no fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade da empresa, respeitando as diretrizes, normas e políticas socioambientais aplicáveis.
