Estamos com uma oportunidade aberta para atuar na área de Comunicação Interna, contribuindo para fortalecer a conexão entre nossas equipes e apoiar a disseminação da cultura organizacional na Engepack. Seu principal desafio será apoiar o planejamento, desenvolvimento e execução das ações de comunicação interna, garantindo o alinhamento das mensagens à identidade da marca e aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Além disso, você será responsável por dar suporte à gestão dos canais internos de comunicação, produção de conteúdos institucionais, acompanhamento de demandas junto à agência de publicidade e organização de campanhas e eventos corporativos. Sua atuação será fundamental para promover uma comunicação clara, engajadora e eficiente entre as diversas áreas da empresa, fortalecendo o relacionamento com os colaboradores e contribuindo para a construção de um ambiente cada vez mais conectado. Se você é uma pessoa criativa, comunicativa, organizada e gosta de transformar informações em experiências que engajam pessoas, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar ações de comunicação interna e institucional.Produzir conteúdos para os canais corporativos, como e-mail, Engepack Conecta, TV Corporativa, murais e demais meios internos.Redigir comunicados, campanhas, matérias, avisos e materiais institucionais.Desenvolver e adaptar apresentações, peças gráficas e materiais de comunicação, seguindo as diretrizes do Manual da Marca.Garantir a consistência visual e textual dos conteúdos divulgados pela empresa.Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas para levantamento de informações e elaboração de briefings.Acompanhar as demandas encaminhadas à agência de publicidade, monitorando prazos e qualidade das entregas.Apoiar a construção e execução do calendário editorial anual.Auxiliar na organização de campanhas internas, eventos corporativos e ações de endomarketing.Realizar o controle e arquivamento dos materiais institucionais produzidos.Contribuir para fortalecer o engajamento dos colaboradores e a cultura organizacional por meio da comunicação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando os últimos semestres em Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com comunicação interna, produção de conteúdo ou áreas relacionadas.Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com foco em PowerPoint.Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição gráfica, como Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator ou similares.Conhecimento em gestão de canais de comunicação e identidade visual.Diferenciais:Experiência prévia com comunicação interna e endomarketing.Conhecimento em plataformas de intranet e comunicação organizacional.Experiência no relacionamento e acompanhamento de agências de comunicação.Conhecimento em edição de vídeos e ferramentas de design.Experiência na organização de eventos corporativos e campanhas internas.Informações adicionaisRegime de trabalho: Modelo híbrido, com atuação presencial no escritório corporativo 4 dias por semana e 1 dia em home office.Local de trabalho: Escritório Corporativo localizado no bairro Caminho das Árvores, em Salvador/BA.Benefícios:🏥 Plano de Saúde🦷 Plano Odontológico🛒 Vale-alimentação e Vale-refeição🚌 Auxílio Transporte Flexível🛡️ Seguro de Vida💰 Previdência Privada🎓 Incentivo à Educação📈 Participação nos Resultados💪 TotalPass💙 Programa de Apoio ao Colaborador – Cuidar é Pack
