A A3 Consultoria atua em âmbito nacional apoiando organizações no desenvolvimento de pessoas e negócios, com foco em decisões estratégicas e resultados sustentáveis.Neste projeto, assessoramos um cliente do segmento de Rede de Postos de Combustível  na condução de um processo seletivo para a posição de Assistente de Contas a Receber. O processo é conduzido por consultores especialistas, com abordagem estruturada, criteriosa e confidencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcessar diariamente os arquivos bancários de retorno dos recebimentos realizados pelos clientes;Identificar e realizar baixas de pagamentos recebidos via boleto, PIX, depósito e outras modalidades;Conferir comprovantes e movimentações nos extratos bancários antes de efetuar baixas no sistema;Garantir a correta atualização dos recebimentos no sistema e sua correspondência com as movimentações bancárias;Executar bloqueios e desbloqueios de cadastros de clientes conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Avaliar situações iniciais relacionadas a limite, inadimplência ou bloqueio, direcionando casos mais complexos para a área de Crédito;Monitorar situações que possam representar risco de crédito ou inadimplência e reportá-las às áreas responsáveis;Atender demandas operacionais encaminhadas pelos postos relacionadas a pagamentos e liberações de clientes;Tratar divergências apontadas pela área de conciliação financeira, realizando correções ou direcionando-as aos responsáveis;Interagir com as equipes de cobrança, crédito, convênios, conciliação, postos e área comercial;Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e financeiras necessárias aos fechamentos da área;Elaborar relatórios e controles em Excel conforme demandas da gestão e da diretoria;Priorizar liberações e regularizações que impactem diretamente o atendimento dos clientes nos postos;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e fluxos de Contas a Receber;Propor ajustes que contribuam para reduzir erros e aumentar a eficiência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável Superior Cursando  em Administração, Contábeis ou áreas afins;Experiência em Contas a Receber, Financeiro ou atividades correlatas;Vivência com identificação, controle e baixa de recebimentos;Facilidade com sistemas;Conhecimento Pacote Office - Excel intermediário.Experiência no segmento de postos de combustíveis ou operações com alto volume de transações será um diferencial.Informações adicionais💰Salário: Compatível com o mercado (estamos trabalhando com pretensão salarial para a vaga)✅ Benefícios:Vale-alimentaçãoVale Transporte ou Auxílio-combustívelAssistência médicaSeguro de vidaPrograma de assistência psicológica, financeira, social e suporte relacionado a pets, disponível 24 horas e extensivo aos familiaresDay off no aniversário⏰Horário de trabalho:  Segunda a Sexta-feira das 08h00 às 18h00 📍Local de Trabalho: Setor Bueno - Goiânia/GO🖊️Regime de Contratação: CLT
