Você gerenciará não apenas o documento contratual, mas todo o ciclo operacional que sustenta a prestação de serviço: desde o desembaraço com o fornecedor até a aprovação final da medição para pagamento.Suas principais entregas:Formalizar Contratos: Recepcionar a demanda de compras, alinhar a minuta com o prestador e validar com o Jurídico para garantir a assinatura ágil.Controlar o Ciclo de Pagamento: Cobrar as medições, validar as evidências de aprovação técnica, emitir a Ordem de Fatura e direcionar a NF para o pagamento.Gestão de Terceiros: Gerenciar rigorosamente as documentações periódicas e qualificações dos fornecedores, garantindo o compliance.Gerenciar o Ciclo de Vida: Monitorar vigências e saldos, operacionalizando renovações, aditivos, reajustes e distratos/encerramentos.Interface: Atuar no follow-up constante com fornecedores e áreas internas para garantir que nenhum contrato fique descoberto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Exigidos:Ensino Superior em Administração, Direito ou áreas afins.Experiência sólida em gestão de contratos (foco em medição, faturamento e controle de vigência).Conhecimento em análise de documentação de fornecedores.Excel Intermediário.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosAdiantamento de salárioTotalPassAssistência médicaConvênio com FarmáciaSeguro de vidaPlano de carreiraVale transporteVale alimentaçãoLocal de trabalhoAvenida T 63, Setor Bueno, Goiânia - Goiás, 74230-100, Brasil
