Valorizamos pessoas criativas, com brilho nos olhos e que assumem o protagonismo de suas entregas, contribuindo para um ambiente leve, dinâmico e orientado ao crescimento. Estamos em busca de um Assistente de Contratos para compor nossa equipe e atuar na conferência e acompanhamento dos processos contratuais, garantindo organização, precisão e eficiência em todas as etapas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRevisar, atualizar e emitir contratos de multipropriedade, garantindo conformidade com as normas internas e procedimentos da empresa;Validar dados cadastrais, documentação e informações dos clientes, assegurando a precisão dos contratos;Acompanhar o fluxo contratual, monitorando assinaturas, pendências, protocolos e prazos;Organizar e manter atualizados os arquivos físicos e digitais relacionados aos contratos;Prestar suporte à equipe comercial e realizar atendimento aos clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre contratos e andamento dos processos;Apoiar na gestão de solicitações internas e contribuir para a eficiência dos processos da área, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a confiabilidade das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo. Desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo;Experiência prévia na área administrativa, preferencialmente com contratos;Conhecimento em rotinas de vendas e contratos comerciais será um diferencial;Habilidade com informática, com domínio básico de Excel e Pacote Office;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade de interação com diferentes áreas e clientes;Atenção aos detalhes, organização e pensamento analítico;Proatividade, agilidade e responsabilidade na execução das atividades.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: 14:40 às 23:00 - escala 6x1 Vale-Transporte pago via Cartão Caju;Vale-Refeição: R$ 40,00 por dia | via Cartão Caju;Plano de Saúde: Círculo Saúde;Plano Odontológico: Bradesco Dental;Plano de Saúde +Pet;Desconto em resorts GAV para utilização durante as férias, conforme disponibilidade e regras internas;Espaço de saúde mental;Desconto em instituições parceiras;Seguro de Vida em Grupo.
