Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais Responsabilidades Realizar coleta de amostras no processo produtivo conforme procedimentos estabelecidos. Executar avaliações críticas de biomassas, considerando aspectos visuais, pH e demais parâmetros aplicáveis. Efetuar monitoramento e controle das dosagens químicas. Realizar amostragens de processo e registrar os resultados obtidos. Realizar coleta de água para análises de controle de processo e qualidade. Executar rondas em campo para verificação das condições operacionais e identificação de desvios. Efetuar coletas extras de gás e biomassa conforme solicitações operacionais ou necessidades de monitoramento. Realizar análises de qualidade do gás conforme procedimentos e parâmetros definidos. Executar recirculação de linhas para realização de coletas e estabilização de processo, quando necessário. Preencher planilhas, formulários e sistemas de controle, garantindo rastreabilidade das informações. Comunicar desvios operacionais, não conformidades e oportunidades de melhoria à liderança. Cumprir procedimentos operacionais, requisitos de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e segurança de alimentos. Realizar análises laboratoriais físico-químicas, quando necessário. Interface da área operacional com o Laboratório Diferenciais Experiência em monitoramento de processos industriais. Conhecimento em análises de água, gás, biomassa e efluentes. Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão da qualidade e segurança de alimentos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Escolaridade:  Ensino Técnico ou em andamento em Química, Meio Ambiente, Processos Industriais, ou áreas correlatasCompetências Técnicas: Conhecimento básico em processos industriais e controle de qualidade. Conhecimento em coleta e preparo de amostras. Noções de análises físico-químicas e monitoramento de processo. Familiaridade com preenchimento de planilhas e registros operacionais. Conhecimento básico em produtos químicos utilizados no processo industrial Competências Comportamentais:

Organização e atenção aos detalhes. Capacidade de análise crítica e identificação de desvios. Agilidade na execução das atividades operacionais. Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade. Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe. Capacidade de seguir procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos. Comprometimento com segurança, qualidade e confiabilidade das informações. Visão sistêmica do processo produtivo.
