Deguste um mundo de possibilidades na maior empresa de cafés do Brasil!Saiba mais em www.3coracoes.comResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesColetar amostras de produtos, insumos e embalagens e realizar análises conforme procedimentos estabelecidos;Realizar a limpeza e verificação dos instrumentos utilizados nas análises;Promover e garantir o cumprimento das BPFs e monitoramentos de segurança de alimentos;Documentar a entrada e saída de amostras no laboratório e shelf life;Realizar as análises de produtos e efetuar os registros conforme resultados;Elaborar relatórios que demonstrem o cumprimento das especificações e procedimentos, bem como planos de prevenção e correção;Organizar e atualizar a documentação da área e a area de shelf life de acordo com procedimentos estabelecidos;Emitir relatórios de não-conformidades de produtos, insumos, embalagens e processos;Realizar treinamentos de pares e da operação fabril;Garantir o cumprimento de procedimentos, normas e padrões de Boas Práticas de Fabricação, Segurança de alimentos e Segurança do Trabalho;Realizar as análises de água, efluentes, monitoramentos ambientais, monitoramentos de segurança de alimentos e controle de químicos;Acompanhar a execução do controle de pragas e registros gerados por terceiros;Dar suporte ou acompanhar visitas no ambiente fabril;Dar suporte aos lideres de produção e qualidade no que diz respeito a liberação de materiais e produtos de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos;Preparar e participar das análises sensoriais;Responder a auditorias internas e externas de acordo com suas responsabilidades;Registrar os resultados das análises e manter os registros conforme procedimentos interno;Executar atividades de apoio à implementação de projetos diversos relacionados ao controle da qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridadeEnsino superior cursando Engenharia de Alimentos, Gestão da Qualidade, Química ou áreas correlatas.Curso técnico em Química ou Alimentos.NecessárioExperiência anterior na função; Experiência anterior na área industrial; Disponibilidade para trabalhar no turno A, de segunda a sábado, das 6h as 14h.Desejável Práticas em laboratório.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPlano de Saúde compartilhado;Plano odontológico;Transporte;Refeição;Kit de Produtos mensal;Telemedicina e Terapia Online 100% custeadas pela empresa (estendido a dependentes);Seguro de Vida;Wellhub.
