A missão do Assistente de Crédito é atuar em colaboração com a Unidade de Crédito para assegurar o bom funcionamento e o aprimoramento contínuo dos modelos de crédito.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na análise de crédito de varejo, mediante avaliação das informações econômico-financeiras dos associados, avaliando a viabilidade e os riscos inerentes às operações de crédito; Atuar na confirmação de sacados, na gestão da carteira de recebíveis e na análise das carteiras antecipadas;

Buscar a melhoria contínua dos processos no dia a dia;

Mobilizar esforços para alcançar metas e resultados duradouros e concretos em conformidade com as diretrizes do Sicoob PRO; Transmitir informações, de maneira clara e objetiva, primando pela escuta ativa;

Focar suas ações diárias no atendimento às necessidades dos Cooperados, atuando de forma alinhada ao nosso negócio, cultura e valores, zelando pela nossa identidade institucional; Trabalhar cooperativamente, mantendo o bom relacionamento com os pares e superiores, de maneira a integrar esforços rumo aos objetivos do Sicoob PRO; Possuir domínio técnico para atuar nos processos em que está envolvido, utilizando os recursos disponíveis da melhor forma possível, considerando diretrizes internas e externas e observando objetivos, prazos e critérios de qualidade de suas entregas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando (Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Direito e/ou áreas afins;Conhecimentos Desejáveis:Conhecimento básico de produtos de crédito;Capacidade de elaborar relatórios e interpretar dados. Conhecimento técnico:

Pacote Office Avançado.
