Aqui, somos guardiões da cultura e do legado da Track&Field, engajamos nossos colaboradores com a nossa marca e ecossistema de saúde e bem-estar, estimulando o desenvolvimento através de uma cultura de aprendizagem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯Gestão de Documentação: Receber, conferir, organizar e arquivar (física e digitalmente) toda a documentação necessária para o ingresso de novos colaboradores.Processo Admissional: Conduzir a rotina completa de admissão, incluindo o agendamento de exames médicos admissionais (ASO) e o cadastro de funcionários no sistema de folha de pagamento.eSocial: Realizar o envio dos eventos admissionais e de registro de funcionários para o eSocial dentro dos prazos legais estipulados.Gestão de Contratos: Elaborar, emitir e colher assinaturas em contratos de trabalho (CLT por prazo determinado e indeterminado, estágios, jovem aprendiz, temporários, etc.).Aditivos e Alterações: Redigir aditivos contratuais referentes a promoções, méritos, alterações de jornada, transferência de filiais e prorrogações de contratos de experiência.Benefícios: Realizar o cadastro inicial dos novos colaboradores nos pacotes de benefícios da empresa (vale-transporte, vale-refeição, plano de saúde, etc.).Atendimento: Prestar suporte humanizado e esclarecer dúvidas dos novos colaboradores referentes ao processo de admissão, regras do contrato de trabalho e políticas internas.Controle e Auditoria: Monitorar o vencimento dos contratos de experiência, comunicando os gestores com antecedência para tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento Técnico:Conhecimento sólido e atualizado da Legislação Trabalhista (CLT).Familiaridade com as regras e envios do eSocial.Conhecimento em rotinas de registro no formato da CTPS Digital.Ferramentas: Pacote Office (principalmente Word e Excel intermediário) e vivência com sistemas integrados de folha de pagamento (ex: Senior, TOTVS, ADP, etc. - inserir o sistema da sua empresa).Informações adicionaisLocal 🏢Rua Guarda da Hora, 11 - Ipiranga - São PauloDisponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial#PapoReto 👁️Nossa seleção já está rolando!
