Buscamos por um(a) Assistente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios para atuar no atendimento remoto aos associados dos segmentos Pessoa Física, Pessoa Jurídica e Agro, prestando suporte relacionado a produtos, serviços e canais digitais do Sicredi, com foco em pós-venda, resolução de demandas e excelência no atendimento.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento receptivo remoto por meio da plataforma de WhatsApp; Atender solicitações relacionadas a serviços, pós-venda, esclarecimento de dúvidas e orientações sobre produtos e serviços do Sicredi; Prestar suporte na utilização de aplicativos, canais digitais e meios de pagamento e recebimento; Atuar como filtro e apoio aos Gerentes de Negócios, buscando resolver as demandas de menor complexidade no primeiro atendimento; Direcionar demandas específicas para as áreas ou profissionais responsáveis, quando necessário; Garantir um atendimento ágil, resolutivo, proativo e alinhado aos padrões de qualidade da Cooperativa; Realizar acompanhamento e tratamento das solicitações até sua conclusão; Cumprir e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, produtividade, qualidade e satisfação dos associados; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a experiência dos associados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Gestão Comercial, ou áreas correlatas.Residir em Curitiba/PR ou região metropolitana.Competências desejadas para a função
